My dad raised me on Wu-Tang Clan. I’ve never been more certain of anything in my life than the love I feel for this group.

I got this done back in November, but I don’t believe I’ve submitting yet, so here it is! My lil Star Wars Owls. My artist Tyler (one of two) did a couple drawings of Star Wars characters on owl bodies and I fell in love with this one and had to get it done!
By Tyler at American Vintage in Orange County/Lady Luck in Tempe, Arizona.
For May 4 (Star Wars Day) my parents, my sister and myself got light sabers. They were done by Mike at Epic Tattoo in Phoenix, AZ.
This is my 4th tattoo so far. I guess it’s kind of cheesy but it does not matter what mood I’m in, how sick I am, how many times I read the comics or watch the movie; Scott Pilgrim always makes me happy and never gets old. It probably helps that Bryan Lee O’Malley is one of my favorite comic writers.
I’ve wanted this tattoo for a very long time and now the magic of this comic is with me everywhere!
Tattooed by Laura Dennis, Melbourne Australia!

First session, three hours. Based off of this (and will eventually look something like that with similar colors as a complete half-sleeve): http://imgur.com/a/u4vyM

So much of the world turns to wikipedia or the internet for knowledge. Papers, research, advice, answers, everything.
This tree of knowledge reminds me of where it all came from in the first place. Books are something that I spent the majority of my childhood and teenage years in. They mean a lot to me and every story or biography or encyclopedia seemed to have the answer. I know that when I eventually have children, they are going to ask what those are on the branches.
This was done by Jen at Name Brand Tattoo in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Original sketch done by her, I couldn’t be happier :)

I’m a huge Disney fan and Beauty and the Beast has been my favorite since I was 3. I chose to permanently have it on my skin, not only because of that, but because of the message it sends. Beauty truly is within and I think more people need to realize this. I’ve been planning this tattoo for 5 years now, researching for the perfect tattoo artist. I finally found Juan at Exclusive Ink in Salinas, Ca. It came out better than I ever could’ve imagined. This is just the start and the highlight of my Disney sleeve.
